We are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers built up of three directors and associated advisers. Our principle office is based in Ross-on-Wye but the geographical areas we cover include Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire.
We have gained all necessary qualifications to comply with Retail Distribution Review (RDR).
The Financial Services Authority
The Financial Services Authority, our regulator, is making changes to the way we conduct our business. The changes will improve the clarity with which firms describe their services to customers, improve the transparancy of the cost of all advice services and improve the professional standards of investments advisers.
As a practice we are already well prepared for these major changes to our profession.

We are a 'whole of market' Independent Financial Advisory Practice and as such, can be remunerated by adviser fee or commission or a combination of both according to the client's preferences. We cover all key areas of financial planning and offer a full range of financial advice at our clients’ homes or offices.
Our Fees
Independent Solutions obtains income by means of fees from the client(s) or commission from the provider. If a fee payment is required this will be calculated in advance and a fee document will be agreed prior to any work being carried out. In the case of commission this is declared on any illustration provided.
